About Me
Hi, I'm Jagdish Choudhary, a Third-year Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering student passionate about building smart, scalable tech solutions that bridge hardware and software. I specialize in C++, JavaScript, and full-stack web development, currently working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). I'm also experienced with ESP32/ESP8266, sensor integration, Firebase, and real-time IoT systems. 🛠️ My key projects include: IoT-Based Smart Street Light System : Real-time city-wide light monitoring with Firebase + ESP8266. Energy Monitoring Meter : Tracks energy usage and cost trends via a web dashboard (Next.js + Tailwind + MongoDB). 12-Channel Remote-Controlled Drone : Custom PCB + Arduino Nano + NRF24L01 + MPU6050. E-Commerce Website : End-to-end responsive store with authentication and cart system. Smart Waste Segregator & Gas Leak Detector using Arduino 💡 I always like exploring the “why” behind systems, love diving into DSA, and stay hands-on with electronics and real-world problem-solving. My learning pace is fast, and I thrive in collaborative, innovation-driven environments.
Experience
Robotics Trainer at Robokart - Dec24
Conducted hands-on training sessions for 100+ students, introducing them to electronics, robotics, and innovative technologies. Educated students on the practical use of digital microscopes, drones, and microcontrollers, fostering interest in STEM fields. Played a significant role in a government initiative to enhance technical skills among students in Gujarat.

Projects
⚡SmartWatts
An IoT-based energy monitoring system that tracks real-time voltage and current using ESP32 and sensors, displaying data on an OLED and a cloud dashboard via Firebase. Built with Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, it features usage analytics, cost estimation, remote on/off control, and CSV export—empowering users to monitor and reduce energy consumption efficiently.
🛩️ Mini Drone Project
Agile, lightweight drone designed for indoor flight, powered by brushed motors and a custom-designed PCB. Features a 12-channel radio controller, Arduino Nano, MPU6050 for stabilization, and a LiPo battery for efficient power delivery—combining embedded control with wireless communication for hands-on flight experimentation.
💡 Smart Street Light Controller
The Smart Street Light Controller is an IoT-based system designed to automate and monitor street lighting for improved energy efficiency and urban management. Using ESP8266, LDR, and motion sensors, the system intelligently switches lights based on real-time ambient conditions and human presence. A cloud-based dashboard built with Firebase allows administrators to remotely monitor light status, control individual units, and receive alerts for faults or failures across the network.
🎮Remote Controller
12-Channel Radio Controller is a custom-built long-range wireless controller designed for drones and robotics applications. Built using Arduino Nano, NRF24L01 transceiver modules, and custom-designed PCB, it supports up to 12 independent channels for precise multi-axis control. The system ensures low-latency communication, is highly configurable, and includes features like joystick calibration and LED feedback for transmission status.
